What you'll do
Coordinate and delegate all service jobs within the workshopAssign and dispatch repair orders to Technicians based on skillset, priority,
and deadlinesMonitor job progress and provide timely updates to ensure on-time completionMaintain a productive and efficient workshop environmentConfirm availability and accuracy of special-order parts for scheduled jobsTrack and report repeat repair causes to the Service ManagerConduct quality control inspections to uphold service standardsSchedule backup jobs to maximise workshop utilisation during quieter periodsPlan staffing levels to meet overtime and workload demandsAssist with vehicle inspections and road tests alongside customers when requiredResolve customer service issues promptly and professionallyDrive a strong safety culture in the Workshop
What you bring
Qualified Technician with diagnostics expertiseStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-driven with strong planning and prioritisation skillsProficient computer skills and ability to learn new systemsProven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a teamDrivers Licence
