Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Project Managers in the Early Phase teamManage study documentation and maintain project trackers and systemsCoordinate internal and external project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting minutesFollow up on action items and deliverables with cross-functional teams and vendorsSupport communications with clinical sites, vendors, and internal teamsContribute to study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activitiesEnsure activities comply with SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standardsCo-coordinate meetings and prepare minutes for client, cross-functional internal team, and vendor meetingsAssist with study and site budgets, including investigator site payments, vendor payments, and payment trackingSupport the delivery and coordination of global clinical trialsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field2–3 years in clinical research, with a focus on trial coordination and project supportPrevious experience supporting clinical trials within a CRO, sponsor, or similar environmentUnderstanding of clinical trial stages or experience working from start to end of a clinical trialFamiliarity with clinical trial documentation, processes, and regulations,



including ICH-GCPComfortable working with Microsoft Office and clinical systems such as CTMS and eTMFStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and a team playerProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of MS Projects is a plus and can be learnedExperience or positive knowledge of project management systems, including CTMS and financial/resource planning systemsCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in clinical trial coordination, project support, and compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
