We're looking for Bar & Gaming Attendants who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to become a true hospitality all-rounder.
You'll work across our Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno, delivering great service and creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests.What You'll Be DoingDeliver outstanding food and beverage serviceProvide a high level of service to gaming patronsWork across the Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and KenoPrepare and serve beverages and assist with bar operationsProcess TAB and Keno transactions and assist guests with enquiriesEnsure compliance with all gaming regulations, responsible service requirements and venue proceduresMaintain a clean, safe and well-presented venueCreate a friendly and welcoming experience for every guestSupport the wider Front of House team as requiredWhat We're Looking ForHolds a current QLD RSA and RSG – essentialHas previous gaming experience – preferred but not essentialHas TAB and Keno knowledge – advantageousHas excellent customer service and communication skillsIs reliable, responsive and has a strong work ethicBrings a positive attitude and willingness to learnCan work confidently in a fast-paced environmentEnjoys working as part of a teamHas flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including days, evenings and weekendsHas valid Australian working rightsWhat's On Offer?
