In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and actively utilising your exceptional customer service skills, providing a high standard 5 star service to our guests,



ensuring their stay with us is a memorable & an enjoyable experience.
You will be motivated and hardworking with the "can do attitude" which will see you thrive in the role.
Your key responsibilities in this role include:Welcome and greet guests entering/leaving the resortAssist guests and large groups at check in/outMonitor and manage traffic flow on resort entrance drivewayArrange bookings, transport, restaurant reservations &deliver; items to guest roomsTransport and store guest luggage and belongings, lifting heavy itemsProvide guests with information on the resort facilities, restaurants, services and local Gold Coast events, restaurants and tourism attractionsDrive golf carts on propertyWhat you'll need to be successfulFull availability and flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster between 7am-11pm including evenings, weekends & public holidays, eg.
6.30am-2.30pm, 2.30pm-*****pmHotel porter/concierge experience, in 4-5 star hotel/resort or similar environmentAbility to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting (eg. luggage) and working on your feetProficient computer skills including MS Office applications + PMS Opera, desirableExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to guest interactions both face-to-face and over the phoneAttention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive,
