Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.Carry out all landscaping requirements to maintain a high standard of resort grounds.Maintain nursery and growth of plantsPerforms daily dousing for insectsProvides seasonal care for resort groundsMaintain all resort equipment in working conditionMaintain positive relations with all other staff and managementRemoval of rubbish dailyResponsible for providing a neat, professional appearance.Provides exceptional customer service to our owners and guests.Quality cleaning of all common areas, including sales offices, BBQs,



pool area and recreation roomMaintain adequate usage of materials inventory without wastage or inappropriate use and assist in performing monthly inventory and stock control.Actively participate in the Preventative Maintenance and Common Area Deep Clean Programs.KEY POSITION CRITERIA:Ability to work a flexible seven day rotating roster when requiredUnderstanding of general gardening/landscapingUnderstanding of chemical handlingPrevious experience in a similar role preferredAbility to perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance and electrical repairs as legally allowedAbility to use and care for tools and equipmentAbility to perform routine maintenance of pool and spaAbility to recognise and solve problems in the workplaceAbility to work productively in a fast paced, changing workplaceAbility to deliver quality customer service to all internal and external customersA strong candidate has been identified for this position.Where Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
