Join Ampcontrol's payroll team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll services for a diverse and growing workforce.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Tomago Head Office, ideal for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and accuracy.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll across multiple entities and sites.
You will work closely with employees, leaders and key stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with legislative requirements.Key responsibilities include:Processing payroll accurately and on timeManaging payroll reconciliations, superannuation, payroll tax and PAYG obligationsMaintaining employee payroll records, including salaries, allowances and leave balancesProcessing termination payments and other payroll-related transactionsResponding to payroll enquiries and resolving payroll issuesAssisting with payroll audits and year-end reporting requirementsProducing payroll reports and analysing payroll dataEnsuring compliance with employment, taxation and superannuation legislationContributing to continuous improvement initiatives across payroll processes and systemsAbout YouTo succeed in this role,
