At Eureka Villages, we're looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help maintain our village while providing exceptional support to our residents.

What's the role?
Responsibilities
Every day is different.
You'll be responsible for helping maintain the presentation, safety and day-to-day operation of the village while acting as a trusted point of contact for residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Grounds and garden maintenancePreparing and maintaining guest sitesRubbish collection and general park presentationChecking and maintaining amenities and communal areasMinor plumbing, carpentry,



painting and general repairsAssisting guests with site connections and maintenance requestsConducting safety inspections and reporting larger maintenance issuesLiaising with contractors and reporting maintenance requirementsSupporting the Village Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the community
The usual hours for this role are Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
You'll also carry the park phone after hours two nights a week and be on call Friday and Saturday nights.
This role does not require you to live onsite, though we can discuss options if that's your preference.

Is this role right for you?
We're looking for someone who is approachable, practical and takes pride in their work.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in caretaking, facilities, grounds maintenance, maintenance or a similar hands‐on roleBasic maintenance and repair skillsA proactive attitude with excellent problem‐solving abilityStrong communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environmentA current driver's licence (preferred)
