The successful candidate must be someone who has positive communication skills, a great team mindset and is comfortable working in a large high volume kitchen.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with Senior Chefs regarding preparation work-flow requirementsCarry out preparation tasks with an emphasis on minimal wastageProduction of menu items in accordance with portion control standardsTo work cohesively with other departments within the Club to ensure meals are produced in a timely mannerMonitor and ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained,



reporting any concerns to the Executive ChefRelated qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)Proven experience as a Chef for a minimum of at least two yearsAvailable to work approximately ***** hours per week, across a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekendsExcellent organisational and communication skillsBe reliable and punctualWe offer you the chance to work in a progressive organisation with a relaxed, friendly culture whereby innovative ideas are welcomed and supported.
