Job Title Reach Legal Consultant | Employment lawyers | Brisbane Location Brisbane DescriptionThe OpportunityJoin a leading organisation in a role that will strengthen your legal career.Duration: 3 monthsArrangement: Full time (hybrid)Location: BrisbaneAbout YouYou are an experienced employment lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience, bringing a strong track record from private practice or in-house roles within large organisations.Your Experience and Expertise:Extensive experience in employment and workplace relations law, preferably within the public sectorStrong understanding of public sector employment frameworks, including the Public Sector ActSignificant experience managing and advising on disciplinary processes and employment-related decision makingExpertise in handling employee grievances, complaints and workplace dispute resolution mattersDemonstrated experience advising on misconduct, integrity and corruption-related issuesStrong background in performance management and employee conduct mattersExperience interpreting and advising on industrial instruments, awards, enterprise agreements and employment conditionsIn-depth knowledge of public sector employment legislation and associated regulatory requirementsProven experience conducting and advising on workplace investigationsExpertise in discrimination, equal chance, anti-bullying, human rights and workplace behaviour mattersExperience advising on privacy, information management and confidentiality issues arising in employment contextsAbility to provide strategic and practical legal advice to senior executives and key decision-makersExperience managing a large and complex caseload while maintaining high standards of client serviceExcellent drafting skills, particularly in relation to disciplinary correspondence,
