and complete accurate clinical documentationProvide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shiftSupport and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintainedFoster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residentsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionalsCollaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planningWhat You'll BringEssential:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePrevious experience in aged care or a similar clinical settingStrong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skillsCommitment to respectful, person-centred careAbility to work independently, particularly during night dutyCurrent National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificatesDesirable:Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)About Bene Aged CareBene Aged Care is a not-for-profit, values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting older South Australians to live meaningful and dignified lives.
