We have an opportunity for a Crew Member to join our NSW Infrastructure Services team based in Rutherford or Bushells Ridge.

In return, you'll enjoy stable employment, competitive rates, opportunities for career development, and the chance to work with a business that invests in its people.Day to day you will:Perform asphalt laying duties including shovelling, raking and broomingOperate mobile plant and equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers and cab coat trucksUndertake road construction and maintenance activities, including working safely near live trafficParticipate in toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, risk assessments and project-specific data captureWork collaboratively with crews to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and efficientlySupport site operations while maintaining Fulton Hogan's safety standards and proceduresHow you'll connect to the role?
Previous asphalt, construction or civil industry experience, or a genuine willingness to learnAvailability to work overtime, weekends and night shifts when requiredCurrent driver's licence, with HR or HC licence highly regardedConstruction Induction Card (White Card)Mobile plant operating experience is desirableAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPositive attitude,
