Job Description
St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, part of St Vincent's Health Australia, is seeking a Planned Surgery Liaison Nurse for a permanent part time role (24 hours per week) to coordinate patient transitions and manage the planned endoscopy waiting list.
You will streamline the planned admission process, liaise with surgical teams, monitor cancellations and ensure Category 1–3 patients are treated within policy timeframes, supporting a values-driven health service.
