Technical Business Analyst
Location:Adelaide – Franklin Street
Contract:6 months, likely to extend
Work Arrangement:Hybrid – 3 days in the office
We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Business Analystto support technology-focused projects within a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop process maps and supporting documentation.
Facilitate discussions and workshops with a range of stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear, practical solutions.
Develop tactical plans to support business and technology outcomes.
Monitor requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders through a collaborative and people-focused approach.
Support technology infrastructure-related initiatives and projects.
Occasional travel toOlympic Dammay be required.




Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience as aTechnical Business Analyst.
Technology Infrastructure project experience preferred.
Robust experience inrequirements gathering and process mapping.
Knowledge ofBABOKis advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong understanding of technology and infrastructure environments.
Experience working acrossNatural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electricalindustries is highly regarded.
Confident working with diverse stakeholders and able to build strong working relationships.
