About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced clinical operations directors who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced clinical operations directors who can help train their latest language model on skilled document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for clinical operations directors with 5+ years in hospital or health system operations, care delivery redesign, or healthcare management consulting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: patient throughput and bed utilization models, care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals, hospital service line performance dashboards, payer contract and reimbursement analysis decks, staffing ratio and labor cost optimization models, and quality and patient safety improvement reports.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications
5+ years in hospital operations,



health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work
Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
