DroneShield seeks a Director of Product to lead the product organisation across software and hardware from its Sydney headquarters.
You will manage 8–10 product owners/managers, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution and meeting active customer commitments.
You will define roadmaps, uplift product capability, and align with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and executives.
Reporting to the CTO, this role offers a high-impact leadership position in a quick-growing global counter-drone
