Job Description
Alliance Airlines is seeking a Manager, Resource Planning & Analytics to lead the crew rostering for Flight and Cabin crews, ensuring compliant, effective rosters and optimal crew utilisation.
You will oversee analytics, forecasting and workforce planning to align resources with schedule requirements.
The role requires strong aviation rostering experience, leadership capability and proficiency with crew management systems and MS Office.
