Required Skills:
Proven experience operating production or manufacturing machinery
Ability to measure and mix raw materials to strict formulation specifications
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with batch mixing or formulation processes
Familiarity with quality control and testing procedures
Understanding of safety and compliance procedures around hazardous materials
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience as a production operator in a manufacturing environment
Other Requirements:
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
Happy to wear PPE for extended periods
Willingness to adhere to strict health, safety, and compliance regulations
Flexibility to work shifts as required
