We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of media buying and investment across key client campaigns
Assist in implementation of campaigns across TV, OOH and other offline channels
Manage campaign set-up, bookings, tracking and material deadlines with a high level of accuracy




Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery issues or optimisation opportunities
Prepare weekly reports, post-campaign analysis and competitive media insights
Maintain strong day-to-day communication with media owners, clients and internal teams
Support senior team members with negotiations, value tracking and added-value delivery
Ensure all finance processes (POs, bookings, reconciliations) are completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
Understanding of the Australian media landscape and media buying fundamentals
Solid grounding in TV and/or OOH Buying, campaign management & reporting
Strong attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting and financial processes
