Spring Health seeks a Staff Commercial Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.
You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to move matters forward while managing risk with pragmatic business judgment.
This is a remote, full time role with occasional travel.
You will provide guidance on contract interpretation, renewals, and governance, and help improve contracting processes and policies
