This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedHR Advisor or HR Generalistto join a well established and growing organisation within thecommunity healthcare sector.

This isn't a narrow HR role either.
You'll have the opportunity to work across thefull employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees across a diverse, multi site workforce and getting involved in everything from ER and performance through to recruitment, HR projects, culture and continuous improvement.
The Role
Working as part of an established HR team, you'll provide practical, trusted HR advice and support across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing HR advice and support to managers and stakeholders
Employee relations and performance management
Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Preparing contracts, variations and HR documentation
Award interpretation, employment legislation and compliance
HR policies and procedures
Supporting culture, engagement and learning initiatives
Contributing to HR projects,



systems and continuous improvement
Building strong relationships with leaders and employees across the business
About You
We're looking for an HR professional who is approachable, confident and enjoys being involved across the business.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience as anHR Advisor or HR Generalist
A relevant HR, Business or related qualification
Valuable working knowledge ofFair Work, Employment Law and Awards
Experience supporting employee relations and performance matters
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Recruitment experience would be highly regarded
Healthcare, pharmacy or another service based industry background would be advantageous, but is not essential
