Job Description
Anglicare Victoria invites applications for an Out of Home Care Key Practitioner in the Foster Care Team.
This part-time role (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week) includes a adaptable schedule and one day a week work-from-home hybrid arrangements, based in Dandenong.
You will support volunteers, train and assess them, maintain records, and assist with matching children to foster care homes, while coordinating with DFFH Child Protection and other stakeholders.
