Job Description Sales Role – Working Holiday Visa (Sydney) *******/hr inclusive of super + weekly bonuses up to 2,000
Autra Batteries Australia is a fast-growing solar & battery installer, we specialising in designing, manufacturing, sales and installation of solar panels and batteries.
We're looking for Working Holiday Visa holders who are financially hungry, motivated, and want solid weekly earnings.
You'll be working at shopping centre stalls, speaking with homeowners and booking qualified customers in for free solar and battery assessments.
You're not expected to close the full sale on the spot — your role is to start the conversation, build interest and book the appointment for our specialist team.
But you will unlock a new commission scheme if you closed a deal on the spot.
What you'll be doing
Talking with homeowners about solar and battery solutions (script + training provided)




Qualifying interest and booking appointments for senior consultants
Working towards clear daily/weekly targets with coaching and support
What you'll get
*******/hr base salary incl.
super

Who we want
Sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, telesales, lead gen, etc.)
Confident communicator and comfortable speaking with people
Motivated, financially driven, and competitive in a positive way
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Available Thursday to Sunday and able to commit 3+ months (6+ months ideal)
