Seymour Health in Seymour, VIC is seeking an Independent Exercise Physiologist (AEP) on a part time contract.
You will deliver person-centered, evidence-based exercise interventions to improve health, function and independence for participants in homes and community settings.
You will conduct assessments, prescribe programs, monitor progress and maintain documentation, working both independently and with a multidisciplinary team across community locations.
