Job Description
Bennett, one of Western Australia's largest independent law firms, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Projects, Infrastructure & Construction practice.
The role offers exposure to front-end and back-end construction matters, including procurement, contract negotiation, project delivery, claims management, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution.
You'll work closely with Principal Edward Parra to develop expertise across procurement, risk allocation, project documentation,
