Our client is a fast-growing medicinal cannabis company.
We're seeking a vibrant, ethical medical commercial professional to build partnerships with healthcare providers and drive education and access across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
What you'll do
Introduce and represent our client's medicinal cannabis portfolio toGPs, specialists, nurses, clinics, pharmacists and dispensaries.
Deliverclinical education, in-services and presentations; attend conferences and events.
Ownterritory and key account plans—identify opportunities, execute growth strategies and track results.
Build robust, trust-based relationships; provide exceptional customer service and timely support.
Navigate compliance requirements and maintain accurate activity reporting (CRM).
What you'll bring




3+ yearsin customer-facing healthcare or life sciences sales roles (e.g., Pharmaceutical Representative, Medicinal Cannabis or related).
Existing relevantMelbourne networkand territory management knowledge.
Previous experience promoting to GPs and/or Specialists is preferred.
Experience inmedicinal cannabisishighly regarded but not essential.
Proven success developing and executingstrategic business plans.
Excellentcommunication, education/presentation and negotiationskills; strong analytics.
Understanding ofTGA complianceand the Australian regulatory landscape.
Self-starter with high integrity, initiative and the ability to workautonomouslyand collaboratively.
