Veolia Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our Brooklyn depot in Melbourne.
This hands-on, site-based role focuses on safety, people, fleet performance and service delivery to ensure effective operations.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will lead frontline operations, drive KPIs, optimise resources, and nurture a high-performing culture while ensuring safety and compliance with NHVR and WHS requirements.
