Iluka Resources, Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery located in Eneabba, WA, seeks SX Shift Coordinators for start-up in ****.
You will lead solvent extraction commissioning, manage multi-stage circuits, and supervise operators on a seven-days-on roster with day/night shifts during commissioning.
The role requires extensive SX plant experience, DCS operation, and solid leadership to meet safety, production and quality targets in a remote, camp-supported site.
