The Opportunity
Permanent Part-Time | Commencing January ****
We are seeking an exceptional Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Director to lead our thriving OSHC program within our vibrant Christian school community, commencing Term ******. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service, develop engaging programs within the My Time, Our Place framework, build strong partnerships with families, and lead a supportive team to provide a secure, welcoming environment for children.
Working 48 weeks per year. 4 weeks annual leave.
Up to 30 hours per week, to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
As our OSHC Director, you will have the opportunity to:

About You
You're an enthusiastic and organised leader who loves working with children and supporting families. With a passion for creating fun, meaningful programs, you bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a warm approach to building connections with staff, students, and parents. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy making OSHC a place where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and play.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.
Is suitably qualified (minimum Diploma or higher as per approved qualification list by ACECQA).
Can cultivate activities that are developmentally appropriate.
Meet individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care & recreational philosophy of the programme.
Can demonstrate an excellent professional and interpersonal relationship with students and families.
Can provide a satisfactory Working with Children Check and complete Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & care training (or is willing to obtain).
Holds current First Aid and CPR certification.
Has an understanding of National Quality Standard (NQA) Guidelines.
