You will oversee Day Surgery, a four-theatre suite, PACU and CSSD, ensuring protected, patient-centred care and efficient operations.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive service improvement, manage resources, and foster a culture of excellence in line with Mercy Health's mission and standards.
