We're hiring: Outbound Sales Executive (B2B SaaS | SMB & Mid-Market)
HINDSITE is growing rapid and we're looking for a true outbound Sales Executive to help us scale our SMB & Mid-Market approach.
This is a hands-on, hunting role.

The Role (Read This Carefully)
This is an outbound-first sales role.
You will:
Hunt for new SMB & Mid-Market customers
Build your own pipeline (with some inbound & founder-led leads)
Close practical, high-value SaaS deals with real operational ROI
If you're looking for inbound-only or purely enterprise - this isn't it.
What Success Looks Like




~$2,500 in new MRR closed per month (year one)
~20 new outbound meetings per month
Deal cycles:
***** days (Mid-Market)
What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting & outbound outreach (you own it)
Closing deals independently (with support when needed)
Feeding real customer insight back into Product & GTM
Attending industry events & conferences
Who We're Looking For
You likely have:
B2B SaaS or solution-selling experience
Experience selling to SMB / Mid-Market
Strong communication & discovery skills
CRM experience (we use HubSpot)
An SDR ready to close
An early-career AE wanting more ownership
A consultant / operator moving into sales
Outbound mindset and process discipline matters more than perfect CVs.
