MacKillop Family Services in Geelong is seeking a House Supervisor for the Out of Home Care program.
This permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) leads residential care staff, oversees daily routines, and ensures care plans are followed to support young people.
You will mentor team members, promote a safe and empowering workplace, and work with the Regional Coordinator.
Essential qualifications include a Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention and current checks.
