About the Role
As a Pick Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, prepared, and dispatched accurately while meeting daily productivity targets.
Working within a busy warehouse and manufacturing setting, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of the business by maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Packing and dispatching products in line with productivity targets
Ensuring stock availability to meet customer and sales demand
Identifying process efficiencies to minimise downtime
Assisting with waste reduction initiatives
Maintaining product quality standards and compliance procedures
Following all WHS and environmental requirements
Participating in workplace training and competency development programs
About You
You are a reliable, hard-working individual who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.




You enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently when required.
You have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain focus and consistency throughout your shift.
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines, quality standards, and productivity expectations is essential.
