Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to drive energetic, customer-focused service across a rapid-paced team in Melbourne.
You will train and mentor crew, uphold food safety and cash handling standards, and ensure stock control while guiding labour and COGS to sustain store profitability.
The role requires leadership experience, a track record of excellent service, and relevant certifications (Food Safety Supervisor and RSOA) or willingness to obtain them.
