You will guide clinical, operational and financial performance while building a high-trust leadership team and a culture where residents, families, and staff feel valued and supported.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will drive quality, compliance with Aged Care Standards, budget management, occupancy, and continuous improvement, with autonomy to shape the home's future
