You will support residents with personal care and encourage participation in meaningful lifestyle programs, promoting wellbeing and engagement daily.
Ideal candidates will have empathy, solid communication, and a team-based approach, with readiness to work across a 7-day roster and provide compassionate, resident-centred care.
