Job Description
Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a compassionate Therapy Assistant for Braemar House Aged Care Facility in Western Australia on a part time basis.
You will deliver group and individual interventions per care plans and connect with residents and their families to improve quality of life.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, ideal candidates will hold a Cert III in Allied Health Assistance, NDIS Worker Screening, influenza vaccination, and full working rights in Australia.
