Bye Bambi is looking for a Social + Content Lead to own and evolve our organic social and content engine as we enter the next chapter of the brand.
This is a hands-on creative ownership role for someone who can think, make and lead — combining strong social strategy with exceptional taste, cultural instinct and the ability to personally create outstanding content.
You'll own our organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Stories and Broadcast, translating Bye Bambi's creative world into content that grows audience, builds cultural relevance, creates desire and generates demand.
We're looking for someone fashion-obsessed, internet-native, visually strong, commercially aware and highly proactive.
You should be equally comfortable building strategy, planning a launch, creating a carousel, editing a Reel or TikTok, writing copy, briefing creatives and analysing performance.
Bye Bambi is entering an ambitious new chapter, and we want someone excited to help build a more distinctive, culturally relevant and imaginative fashion world through social and content.
Melbourne strongly preferred.
3–5 days/week depending on candidate and structure.
Exceptional remote candidates may be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and continuously improve Bye Bambi's organic social + content strategy




Own Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Stories, Broadcast and Shorts
Build and manage the master content calendar and forward content bank
Develop original content concepts, recurring franchises and culturally relevant formats
Create high-quality social content including carousels, Reels, TikToks, Stories, captions and social-native imagery
Own social storytelling across launches, Core products, MOTION, creators, community and evergreen content
Translate Bye Bambi's creative direction into platform-native content without compromising brand quality
Brief and collaborate with our creative production, creator/community and ecommerce teams
Attend shoots, activations and events where relevant and capture social-native content
Integrate creator and UGC content intelligently across channels
Analyse social performance and turn insights into clear actions, tests and improvements
Build audience growth while protecting Bye Bambi's distinctiveness and cultural relevance
Ensure content is consistently planned ahead rather than operating through daily posting panic
Identify emerging platform, cultural and creative opportunities proactively
Help build social systems, workflows, reporting and appropriate AI/automation
Progressively own day-to-day social decision-making so the Founder remains the creative North Star rather than the daily Social Manager
