Lead the integrated change and capability agenda across Group Audit and Assurance
n
Design and deliver practical change strategies and implementation plans
n
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
n
Identify risks, barriers and required interventions
n
Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, learning and adoption plans and supporting artefacts
n
Partner with senior leaders to strengthen change leadership capability and support effective decision‐making
n
Build readiness for AI‐enabled assurance, stronger use of data and new ways of working
n
Drive initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption and embedding
n
Define and monitor measures of success, using feedback and insights to improve outcomes
n
Shape transformation across leadership, AI, insights and recent ways of working
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Significant experience leading organisational change or enterprise transformation initiatives
n
Strong capability across change strategy, impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption
n
Experience delivering technology, digital, AI, automation or new ways of working initiatives
n
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment and constructively challenge established approaches
n
Strong executive communication, facilitation, coaching and partnering skills
n
Sound program and project management capability from planning through to implementation and embedding
n




Judgement and adaptability to establish structure and momentum in a lean, evolving environment
n
Collaborative and curious approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes
n
Experience in financial services, risk, assurance or audit would be valuable but is not essential
n
Exposure to AI, data or digital capability uplift would be highly regarded
n
