The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Gardener & Grounds Maintenance professional for a Permanent Full-Time position. Working across multiple premium sites centred around Bracken Ridge, you will be hands‐on in keeping these outdoor spaces looking their absolute best.
n

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Scheduling & Logistics: Work with the Lead Gardener to plan and manage the work rotation across multiple sites, ensuring high standards are maintained year-round.
n
Turf Care: Skilled mowing, edging, fertilising, and aerating lawns to ensure year-round health.
n
Horticultural Care: Pruning, hedging, weeding, and mulching of garden beds.
n
Planting & Enhancement: Selecting and installing climate-appropriate flora to enhance property value and sustainability.
n
Specialised Care: Invasive plant management and pest/disease identification and treatment.
n
Equipment Care: Servicing hand tools (including sharpening) and performing
servicing/maintenance
on small engine equipment.
n
Communication: Engaging professionally with residents and Building Managers.
n
