Job Description
Jobtailor is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead experience strategy at scale across complex journeys and portfolios in Melbourne, VIC. You will translate enterprise strategy into cohesive experience frameworks and provide senior craft and design leadership across UX and UI outcomes.

You will own usability, accessibility, coherence and quality of design execution, govern the design system, and partner with CX, Digital Product and Technology teams on roadmaps and backlog.
