Oroton Group in Canberra is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Canberra Outlet Store, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You'll lead from the front, manage a large team with recruitment, coaching and performance management, ensure seamless stock flow, partner with VM for on-brand merchandising, and work with regional leaders to shape long-term growth.
This is permanent full time, Tuesday–Saturday roster.
