You will support talent managers, assist with crew capacity management, and collaborate with artists, production teams, and editorial to ensure a positive experience at ILM.
You will update crewing databases, coordinate meetings, onboard new artists, and handle timecards and leave processes in production tools.
Solid HR exposure and VFX knowledge are beneficial.
