You'll balance clinical caseloads with people leadership, supervision, and development to keep excellent clinicians engaged.
You'll report to the National Manager - Occupational Therapy, work from home with occasional local visits, and enjoy autonomy, visibility of your team's diaries, and opportunities for PD and career
