About the role

In this role you will provide primary 'right-hand' support to a busy Managing Partner and be responsible for day-to-day support on high-level firm operations, as well as assisting on general commercial and property law matters. You'll enjoy variety, the advantages of working in a 'single focus' role for one fee earner, and the opportunity to take on some paralegal duties.

Duties
n
n
draft legal documents and correspondence across property and general commercial matters
n
prepare leases (including commercial, retail and industrial leases) and associated disclosure documentation
n
manage files
n
liaise with internal and external stakeholders (phone, email and face-to-face)
n
conduct legal research
n
prepare bills
n




organise department meetings, agendas & taking minutes
n
n
Skills & experience
n
n
solid experience as a Commercial and/or Property Legal Assistant
n
strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
n
a proactive & hands‐on approach
n
excellent communication skills(written and verbal)
n
high motivation with a positive attitude
n
fast and accurate typing skills
n
advanced MS Office skills
n
proficiency with PEXA, ASIC, InfoTrack and drafting lease agreements highly regarded (but not essential)
