Geelong Football Club is seeking to lead the VFLW program, developing players and coaches, and aligning with AFLW and talent pathway programs. The season-long contract requires commitment to two training sessions per week plus match days.
You will coach the VFLW team, oversee coaching operations, and drive a positive culture while building relationships across local and elite pathways to identify talent and support progression to AFLW where appropriate.
