About the role:
n
As a Deckhand, you'll work as part of our Marine Services and Logistics team to support operational requirements across our vessels, leases and marine farming sites.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Support daily vessel and site operations.
n
Install and remove nets, anchors and moorings.
n
Load, unload and move operational supplies.
n
Operate deck equipment safely and confidently.
n
Maintain vessels, equipment and lease areas.
n
n
About you:
n
You'll be a practical, reliable and safety‐focused person who enjoys physical work, working outdoors and being part of a team that gets the job done.
n
n
Previous deckhand or marine experience.
n
Physically fit and ready for hands‐on work.
n
A strong safety‐first mindset.
n
Common sense and a can‐do attitude.
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
n
It would be excellent if you also have:
n
n
Master V or similar marine qualification.
n
Commercial fishing or aquaculture experience.
n
Confidence working around winches, cranes and capstans.
n
A willingness to learn and adapt.
n
A team‐first approach to getting results safely.
