Job Description
Position Summary: The Senior Treasury Analyst manages daily liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and trust structures for MA Money. This role combines strategic funding execution with portfolio administration, compliance, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage day-to-day trust administration and cash management for allocated trusts.
n
Allocate loans efficiently across available funding facilities.
n
Review and validate monthly Trust waterfall reports and data files prepared by external Trust Management to ensure accuracy
n
Act as key point of contact to coordinate and facilitate funder audits, ensuring all required data and documentation are provided seamlessly
n
Build cashflow and waterfall models
n
Leading daily liquidity planning and funding recommendations.
n
Maintain a explicit overview of origination pipelines to determine Senior,
Mezzanine, and Junior funding requirements.
n
Assist with the preparation of ALCO and Board packs
n
Overview of origination forecasting and Senior, Mezzanine and Junior funding requirements.
n
Lead in streamlining existing treasury and reporting processes and controls
n
Lead initiatives to streamline, automate, and improve existing treasury reporting processes and internal controls.
n
Assist with the setting up of new facilities, renewal, and renegotiation of current facilities, calling term transactions and winding up any required facilities
n
Guide and mentor junior Treasury Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process excellence.

Qualifications
n
n
Minimum 5 years' strong background in treasury, or debt capital markets, ideally within banking or non-bank lending.
n
Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, commerce or a related discipline
n
Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to collate and present insights to support business decisions
n
Good understanding of RMBS, securitisation and financial markets
n
Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
n
Ability to work effectively under pressure on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n
Highly organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing deliverables.
n
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment
n
Be able to effectively communicate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
