Job Description

· 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Leadership, or Test Management roles.
n
· Proven experience supporting large-scale platform transformation, engineering modernisation, or migration programs.
n
· Strong expertise in GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps platforms, cloud-native applications, and Platform Engineering practices.
n
· Experience with SCM and CI/CD platform migrations.
n
· Strong API, integration, automation, end-to-end, and non-functional testing expertise.
n
· Experience working within Agile, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps delivery models.
n
· Knowledge of cloud security concepts, code scanning, dependency scanning, secrets detection, and security control validation.
n
· Solid stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk management, and executive communication skills.
n
· Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams and driving quality-focused decision-making.
