UniLodge is recruiting for a Residential Life Supervisor to oversee the daily management of the on-site community within our Flagstaff properties. You will coordinate wellbeing programs, incident handling, and resident support under the direction of the Residential Life Manager.

You will lead events, engage with diverse residents, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring a safe, inclusive living workplace. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.
