The role
n
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor capable of taking ownership of site delivery.
n




Depending on the project, you could be involved with:
n

Roads and pavements
n
Bridges and structures
n
Bulk earthworks
n
Piling and concrete
n
Major regional infrastructure
n
n
Projects can range through to well over $100 million
n
You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and daily works while working closely with the engineering and project management team to keep safety, quality and production where they need to be.
n
Who will suit it?
n
We aren't looking for somebody because they have the perfect collection of words on their resume.
n
We want someone who knows civil construction.
n
You will ideally have come through a recognised civil contractor and have experience supervising significant road, earthworks, structures or infrastructure projects.
n
Just as importantly, you need to be someone who can lead people, communicate with engineers and management, think ahead and deal with problems when they inevitably arrive.
n
There will be DIDO/FIFO and regional work depending on the project, so you need to be comfortable with that.
n
The package
n
$170,000–$180,000 + super depending on experience, together with a company ute and fuel card.
